How do payments work?
We confirm your trip with a deposit (usually 30%), with the balance due before departure. We accept mobile money, bank transfer and card. Every payment gets a receipt, and your quote is locked once paid.
Can I book for my whole company or staff?
Absolutely — it's one of our specialties. Use the booking form to add every traveler (there's a "Staff member" option), or send us a list and we'll handle rooming, transport and dietary needs in one plan with one invoice.
What if I don't know where I want to go?
That's the fun part. Tell us your budget, dates and the feeling you're after — rest, adventure, romance — and we'll pitch you three itineraries to choose from. No charge for dreaming.
Do you handle visas and travel insurance?
Yes. We guide you through visa applications for your destination, prepare supporting documents, and arrange travel insurance so you're covered from take-off to touchdown.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Life happens. Most trips can be rescheduled free of charge with enough notice; cancellation terms depend on airlines and lodges, and we always explain them clearly before you pay.
